Note that in these Terms and Conditions, ‘You’ or ‘Your’ or ‘User’ or ‘Member’ means any person who uses the BonanzaWin Software and or website. Unless otherwise stated, ‘we’ ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers collectively to BonanzaWin and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors.

1.2 Website
This page defines the Terms and Conditions that apply to all monies and wagers accepted by us and all Services offered at BonanzaWin. 

1.3 Use
By using the website, and or using the casino download, You signify Your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis and BonanzaWin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials, services or products included or referenced on this website. 2. LANGUAGE USED IN BONANZAWIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BonanzaWin Terms and Conditions as published on the Website are in English and it is the English version of these Terms and Conditions that form the basis of these Terms and Conditions only. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and in good faith. However, in the event of ambiguity between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.

3. LICENSING AND REGULATORY BODIES
BonanzaWin is a brand managed by Saerimer Limited, a Nigerian company whose is licensed by the Lagos State Lotteries Board - license number 001370.

4. JURISDICTIONS

4.1 Illegality
Internet Gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction / country in which You are located or residing. BonanzaWin does not intend to enable You to contravene applicable law. You are responsible for any gaming activity and You are also responsible for ensuring that You are not contravening any law or legislation prohibiting gaming online. Before relying on in any information contained on the Website You should consult the rules of Your jurisdiction.  BonanzaWin excludes to the fullest extent, lawfully permitted, all liability for any use of the Website, whether the service is moderated or not.

4.2 Blacklist
BonanzaWin cannot open accounts, or process bets or financial transactions for individuals residing in American Samoa, Guam, Israel, Northern Mariana Islands, Turkey, United States Minor Outlying Islands, United States of America and US Virgin Islands. BonanzaWin reserves the right to amend the list of countries from which it will not open accounts, or process bets or financial transactions from time to time at its sole direction.

5. YOUR ACCOUNT 

5.1 Age
All applicants must be over 18 years of age to register with BonanzaWin. We reserve the right to ask for Your proof of age and suspend Your account until satisfactory documentation is provided.

5.2 Addresses
All information supplied when registering with the Website must be accurate and complete in all respects. BonanzaWin reserves the right to confirm Your address by requesting proof of address documentation such as a utility bill or bank statement. We reserve the right to suspend Your account until satisfactory documentation is provided.

5.3 Account 
You may only open and operate a single account. If You hold more than one account we reserve the right to suspend these accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to You) are consolidated. Once completed, all other accounts will be terminated leaving a single active account. 

5.4 Accuracy
You are asked to keep Your registration details up to date. If You change Your address, email, phone number or any other contact or personal information please contact customer support in order to update Your account information.

5.5 Password
BonanzaWin allows You to choose Your own user name and password combination. You are asked to keep this information secret. Any actions carried out through Your account will stand if Your user name and password have been entered correctly. To change Your password please contact us.

5.6 Verification of Bank Details
If using a credit or debit card, the cardholder's name must be the same as the name used when registering with the site. Where this is not the case the account may be suspended. When Your account is suspended, You should contact customer support for details of our verification process.

5.7 Activation

All applicants will be sent an email to the registered email address for account activation. All accounts must be activated through this email. If this step is not completed, the account remains suspended until the account details are verified.

5.8 Offers
All Member offers are limited to one per person, IP address, family, household address, email address, telephone number, debit / credit card, e-wallet account and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to You or a group of Members.

5.9 No liability
BonanzaWin shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with BonanzaWin’s Services or the Website; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operations or transmissions, loss or corruption of data, communications or line failure, any person's misuse of the Website or its content or any errors or omissions in the Website’s content. BonanzaWin reserves the right to close or suspend Your account.

5.10 Interest
Any monies held in Your account shall not attract interest.

5.11 Account Suspension
BonanzaWin reserves the right to close or terminate Your account at its sole discretion.

5.12 Account Closure
If You wish to close Your account please contact us. If a request is received for an account to be closed; will close that account within 48 hours from the request. Any deposits made or bets placed within that period will be deemed valid. If you make a withdrawal and then close your account, your account will not be closed until that withdrawal has been fully processed - any deposits or bets made during that period will be valid.

6. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWALS

6.1 Fraud Checks
BonanzaWin reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to:
•copy of card being used (if applicable)
•copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport, Driver’s License or National ID card
•documents confirming residence such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months.

6.2 Credit Checks
BonanzaWin reserves the right to run credit checks on all Cardholders with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.

6.3 Deposit
Members must register and play in the currency of their country. If the currency of Your country is not offered, then play must be in USD. Should Members not observe this rule, all winnings derived from the resulting game play will be forfeited.

6.4 Billing Descriptors
Your credit card, debit card or e-wallet will be billed immediately after purchase. For Paga and credit/debit card customers the transactions will show as Paga on your statement. For Neteller customers, this will show as Optimal Payments.

6.5 Withdrawals
 
Should You wish to withdraw some or all of Your balance You may select how much You wish to have paid back. It is our policy to refund withdrawals to the same account or mechanism that the original purchase was made where possible. The maximum withdrawal amount per day is $2,000,00 / NGN 300,000. Per week: $5,000,00 / NGN 800,000. Per month: $10,000,00 / NGN 1,600,000 or currency equivalent. The remaining amount will be placed back in the Member’s account until such time that they are eligible for a further withdrawal. If You require a withdrawal in excess of this value, or have any concerns or queries regarding this clause please contact us. To make a withdrawal, You must have made or make a minimum of one purchase in Your lifetime at BonanzaWin.
Withdrawal may be subject to a charge of 2% with a minimum $2/NGN300 per transaction.

6.6 Tax
You are responsible for reporting Your winnings if such reporting is required by Your local law or tax authorities.

6.7 Currency Arbitrage
Members are strictly prohibited from utilising BonanzaWin and it systems to facilitate arbitrage through Currency Exchange transactions. Where BonanzaWin deems that a Member has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Members balance without warning or notification. 

6.8 Anti-money Laundering
Members are strictly prohibited from utilising BonanzaWin and it systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer system. You will not use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to You. If BonanzaWin has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions, Your access to the Website will be terminated immediately and / or Your account blocked. If Your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, BonanzaWin is under no obligation to refund You any funds that may be in Your account. In addition BonanzaWin shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and will cooperate fully with the Company to investigate any such activity.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

7.2 Information Collected
BonanzaWin may collect and record all telephone calls, internet communications and details of transactions You carry out through the site as well as the details of Your visits to the site.

7.3  Processing of Personal Details
Any personal data received in regards to a Member and/or registrant is:
•processed in accordance with the rights of the Member concerned
•obtained only for a specific and lawful purpose
•kept in a secure manner

7.4 Disclosure of Information
BonanzaWin will instruct and authorize the credit financial institution by which a Member's account is held to disclose any information as may be requested by the CIGA in respect of a Member's account. BonanzaWin will disclose personal data when ordered to do so by any Governing Authority and / or under any legal provision contained in the Governing Law or in order to enforce our terms of use as stated in these Terms & Conditions. For fraud detection and control purposes You agree that BonanzaWin has the right to transfer Your personal data to third parties, including so-called AVS (Address Verification Service) service providers and other partners. Furthermore, BonanzaWin reserves the right to disclose personal data to relevant recipients where BonanzaWin has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularities that involve an account. ?

8. INTERRUPTIONS IN PLAY 

8.1 Interruptions
BonanzaWin is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. BonanzaWin is not liable for any acts or omissions made by Your internet service provider or any third party with whom You have contracted to gain access to the server that hosts the Website. 

8.2 No warranties
Software and Services are provided ‘as is’ and BonanzaWin makes no warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied (whether by law, statute or otherwise) including but not limited to implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Software or the Services or infringement of applicable laws and regulations. The entire risk as to the use, quality and performance of the Software or the Services relies on You. BonanzaWin makes no warranty that the Software or the Services will meet Your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Software or the server that makes it available are free from viruses or bugs or represents that the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the Software or the Services as to results or accuracy of any information obtained by You. In the event of systems or communication errors relating to the generation of random numbers, bet settlement or any other element of the Product, we will not be liable and we reserve the right to void all bets on the withdraws in question.

8.3 No liability
BonanzaWin shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or the Services including, without limitation, delays or interruptions in operations or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content. 

8.4 Refunds
In the event of a Casino system malfunction all wagers are void. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of BonanzaWin Management.

8.5 Right to void
BonanzaWin reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware / software error or malfunction. Members found abusing such errors / malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and / or winnings forfeited. In the event of a Website system malfunction all bets are void.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

9.1 Risk
You agree that You are free to choose whether to use the Services and to do so at Your sole option, discretion and risk.

9.2  Loss
BonanzaWin shall not be liable to You or any third party in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with Your or any third parties’ use of the Software or the Services, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damage for loss of business, loss of profits (including loss of or failure to receive anticipated winnings), business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary or consequential loss (even where we have been notified by You of the possibility of such loss or damage).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Nigeria and You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria to settle any disputes (including claims for set off and counterclaims) which may arise in connection with the creation, validity, effect, interpretation or performance of, or the legal relationships established by or otherwise arising in these Terms & Conditions.

12. ADDITIONAL

12.1 Acceptance
By accepting these Terms and Conditions You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling by means of the Website and You are fully responsible for any such loss. You agree that Your use of the Website is at Your sole option, discretion and risk. In relation to Your losses You shall have no claims whatsoever against BonanzaWin or any white label partner or their respective directors, officers or employees.

12.2 Eligible Members
Employees of BonanzaWin , its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the games.

12.3 Termination of Account
BonanzaWin  reserves the right to cancel Your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice You. Any balance in the Your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to Your usual deposit method or sent by bank transfer. However, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in a Casino account in any of the following circumstances: 
(i) If You have more than one active account for the Casino;
(ii) If the name on Your Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits on a Casino account;
(iii) If You participate in a Casino promotion and cash-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
(iv) If You provide incorrect or misleading registration information;

(ii) Your use of any Software on the Website;

(v) Your acceptance of any prize.
You further and specifically indemnify this Casino, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against You arising from any and all interaction with the Casino and / or any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. 12.6 Dormant and Inactive Customer Accounts
If you have not logged into your Customer Account or otherwise not accessed or used it for a continuous period of twelve calendar months, your Customer Account shall be deemed to be dormant or inactive.
Any Customer Account deemed to be dormant or inactive will be subject to the following rules:
(i) If a bonus payment has been made to your Customer Account and those funds have not been used within 3 months of being credited to your account, the management reserves the right to clear down these bonus funds from your Customer Account.
(ii) All funds left over after clearing down any applicable bonus funds, as per above, will be donated to various charities.

12.7 Communication and Opt-out
By registering a Real account, You hereby consent to us contacting You through any and all means of communication (whether in written or verbal form and including, but not limited to email, telephone and SMS) in respect to matters relating to Your account. To unsubscribe to any or all forms of communication, please contact us.

12.8 Entire Agreement
The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between You and BonanzaWin and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between You and BonanzaWin with regards to playing at the Casino. BonanzaWin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without prior notice to You. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of Casino Management and put into immediate effect. Such procedural changes will only be in response to the interests and security of the Casino and / or the Members.

12.9 Irregular Play
Before any withdrawals are processed, Your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to Your account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred; the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and / or confiscate all winnings.

12.10 Final decision of the Casino
In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on Your Casino software and the Casino's server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official and governing result.

12.11 Currency
The use of the $ symbol indicates USD.
The use of the ₦ symbol indicates NGN (Nigerian Naira).

12.12 Force Majeure
BonanzaWin shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any of our obligations under the Terms of Use that is caused by events outside of our reasonable control.

12.13 No agency
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship or any other form of joint enterprise between You and us.

12.14 Severability
If any of the Terms & Conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. In such cases, the part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, BonanzaWin’s original intent.
