How do I become a BonanzaWin member?
Just head over to our registration page, fill in your details and you’ll have full access in just a few minutes.

Do you accept members from any country?
We’re adding territories all the time, but sadly there are some restrictions. If your country is listed on the registration page, though, you’ll be fine.

Do I have to be a BonanzaWin member to bet with my mobile?
We’ll need you to become a member and provide us with a few details, but once that’s done then you can go straight to our mobile site on your smartphone.

Does it cost extra to use BonanzaWin on my mobile?
We’ll never charge you to use our site.

I can’t make BonanzaWin work on my phone. What’s the problem?
You probably need to change your data settings with your network operator. If that doesn’t solve the problem, just get in touch with one of our Club Secretaries and they’ll be happy to help you out.

Can I change my address?
Yes – go to ‘Personal details’ and click ‘View/edit details’ to update it.

Can I withdraw money to someone else’s account?
No – it’s part of how we keep your money safe. We’ll only pay out to the account you’ve registered with us.

Can I top up my account using someone else’s credit card?
No – even if they’ve said you can. You’ll need to use a card with your own name on it.

How do I change my password?
You can change it whenever you want – just go to ‘Personal details’ and click on ‘Change password’.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
Click on ‘Forgotten password?’ in the login box and we’ll send you an email with a link to a page where you can re-set your password.

Can I have multiple BonanzaWin accounts?
No – every BonanzaWin member is associated with one unique account.

When I self-exclude, what happens to my open bets?
They still stand and any winnings will still be credited to your account.

What do I do if I’ve used the wrong bank details when withdrawing my winnings?
Speak to one of our Club Secretaries as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to help. However, we can’t be held responsible for paying money to the wrong account if the details provided by you are incorrect.

How long does it take for a change in the Limiter to take effect?
You can decrease your limits at any time and the effect will be immediate. If you want to increase your limits, however, it’ll take 7 days to take effect.

When do I get my Sportsbook winnings?
We’ll settle all bets as quickly as possible. Sometimes, though, we have to wait for official confirmation of results.

Is my account secure if I lose my phone or laptop?
Yes, absolutely. For extra peace of mind you might want to change your password next time you log in.

My Sportsbook bet has been cancelled – why is this?
If a bet has been made at the wrong odds or after an event has started (not including live in-play bets), the bet will be declared void and settled at odds of 1.00. Accumulator bets will still be valid even if one element of it has been declared void.

Do I need to be a BonanzaWin member to play in the casino?
You can play for free on a number of our games, but you’ll have to register with us if you want to start winning for real.

What should I do if I can’t figure out how a particular slot or casino game works?
Most of our games have a ‘play for fun’ option, so you can play a few practice rounds without risking any money. And of course each game explains its own rules – just look for a ‘help’ button or a question mark symbol.

Can I use my phone to deposit money or collect my winnings?
Absolutely. Click on ‘Account’ at the top right corner and you’ll see how.
